Sticky Eyes

Earlier this year I was approached by a Marketing Company called 'Sticky Eyes' based in Leeds.  They had been asked by one of their clients 'Staples' to produce a short DVD on Workplace Wellness.  We developed a basic format with some background information on Tai Chi and some very easy movements that could be done sitting at a desk to improve wellbeing.  The techniques included would help reduce stiff and sore muscles that compound during inactivity, mindfulness to reduce brain fuzz and gentle stretching.  The videos were then dubbed into German and Dutch and now available on You Tube.  It was a great project to be involved in and James and Emma from Sticky Eyes were professional and friendly
